use the microfiber pouch your order came in to polish build-up off of your jewels. 

try to store your jewelry somewhere cool/dry! If you live somewhere warm/humid, i recommend storing your jewelry away in a jewelry box/pouch.

know that everyone's skin/climate is different and can to jewelry react differently.

apply soap, lotion and perfume directly on your gold filled jewelry

go in salt water without rinsing your gold filled jewelry with fresh water after

hang charms from dainty herringbone chains (this could cause kinks)
